Our 120-day money-back guarantee

Full-price orders are covered by our 120-day money-back guarantee. Hair works in cycles of roughly 90 days, so we give you the full cycle plus a month to judge.

If you see no visible improvement after 120 days of consistent use, write to hello@lejardinswitzerland.shop with your order number. We refund in full — opened bottles included, nothing to send back. We only ask you to answer a short questionnaire that helps us understand what didn't work.

Discounted and promotional purchases — final sale

Any product purchased at a reduced price — including promotional offers, discount codes, flash sales, bundle discounts or any other form of price reduction — is a final sale. Discounted purchases are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit, under any circumstances, and are excluded from the money-back guarantee. The only exception is a product that arrives damaged or incorrect, or where a refund is required by applicable law.

Damaged, incorrect or missing deliveries

Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will reship or refund at no cost. A photo speeds things up.

Packaging variations

Our products are manufactured by our certified white-label supplier, and packaging may vary between production batches. Receiving a bottle whose design differs from the photos shown on this site is not a defect and is not grounds for a refund or exchange — the formula inside is identical.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
