Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information. Le Jardin Switzerland does not sell your personal information for money. However, like most online stores, we use advertising and analytics cookies that may qualify as “sharing” under California law.

How to opt out

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, email hello@lejardinswitzerland.shop with the subject line “Do not sell or share my personal information”, or disable non-essential cookies in your browser. We will process verified requests within 15 business days.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof of authorization.

Non-discrimination

Exercising your privacy rights will never affect the price you pay, the service you receive, or your access to the site.
